Fast and Reliable Service

What our clients say

I’ve dealt with Matt and James on a couple of issues at my property and servicing of our heating and cooling. I was very happy with how thorough and knowledgeable they were. They were on time, super friendly and quick to respond via email and phone. I’d highly recommend Melbourne Gas & Air Conditioning Group and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Melbourne Gas & Air Conditioning Group is one of the best services I have come across. The process from beginning to end was so professional. From the administration staff, Jayde and Rhiannon, to the installation of a brand new heater and shower head from Matt and Brandon. They were there within the hour of me calling as we had no heating and knowing I had children they were very accommodating to fix the issue immediately. I have recommended 3 people since I have used the company and all 3 have required heater checks and were thankful I passed on the details. It’s hard to come by great customer service these days along with professionalism and good quality work. Matt also took the time to explain how to keep up maintenance on our heater for our safety which I found really helpful. Thank you for your great customer service and high quality work.

I needed a new gas ducted heating unit installed in my roof. From start to finish, 1 They arrived on time and carried out a thorough inspection with photos supplied. 2 I found their pricing to be competitive and with their quoting system i new from the start exactly the break down of costs and they gave me the options of 3 types of heaters based on a star rating. Their customer focus from start to finish and attention to detail was exemplary, at jobs end any rubbish was removed and the working area vacuumed with a smile. Melbourne Gas & Air Conditioning Group in Doreen is a young professional family company seeking strong customer satisfaction and service i would not hesitate to recommended them for anything involving plumbing and gas services. More than satisfied.

I wish I could tick all the ‘what did you like about this business’. Matt was a true professional. Arrived early for the consultation. Completely honest and trustworthy. Everything you want in a business. I just wish I had found them earlier. The only word I can use is amazing. They are truly the best in the business. Matt located the leak and his communication was second to none. The final report was the most detailed I have ever seen including videos and pictures. The price was more than reasonable. If you have any problems, these are the people to go to. Amazing!!!

I have used Melbourne Gas as there was a leakage in our Hot Water System Solar panels. From the start to finish, I found them extremely professional and supportive. I got their details from FB, called them, and the job was booked the same day. They sent me text message carrying live locations of the Plumber, and exactly at the given time, two plumbers reached who rectified the issue quickly, and explained the process, pros and cons of all the repairs that they did, and said this shall be followed by a formal report and pictures. Both the Plumbers were extremely friendly, and thorough professionals. Highly impressed by their service and recommend everyone to use. Received a thank you email also from the owner of the business for using their service.

I can not recommend theMelbourne Gas & Air Conditioning Group enough! I have had Matt, James and Chloe at my property and all were amazing! Matt kept me updated every step of the way when ordering my new heater. I have had many plumbers out to my house in regards to my hot water system and they were the first to diagnose the problem. Even Rhiannon who does the Admin was an absolute godsend in organising the guys to come out and fix my heater as soon as possible.

Matt, the Managing Director, phoned us that night to advise of our options. This company provides an exceptionally great service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Robyn and Rod

I recently had my gas ducted heating unit inspected by James at Melbourne Gas & Air Conditioning Group after it failed to work properly. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Rhiannon, who booked my appointment was very polite and helpful and I had a follow up call by Brandon outlining my options moving forward, who was also very professional and helpful.
