Everything you want in a business. I just wish I had found them earlier. The only word I can use is amazing. They are truly the best in the business. I have used Melbourne Gas as there was a leakage in our Hot Water System Solar panels. From the start to finish, I found them extremely professional and supportive. I got their details from FB, called them, and the job was booked the same day. They sent me text message carrying live locations of the Plumber, and exactly at the given time, two plumbers reached who rectified the issue quickly, and explained the process, pros and cons of all the repairs that they did, and said this shall be followed by a formal report and pictures. Both the Plumbers were extremely friendly, and thorough professionals. Highly impressed by their service and recommend everyone to use.
